4th Annual Quad County Business Summit to Include Guest Speaker, Doug Bouton, Co-Founder, President, and COO of Halo Top Creamery
Orange County, VA – Orange County Economic Development and the Quad County Business Summit Planning Committee are pleased to announced this year’s Summit will include a Business Success Story Question & Answer session with guest speaker Doug Bouton, Co-Founder, President and COO of Halo Top Creamery. Halo Top was founded in 2011 by Justin Woolverton, who began the company by making ice cream in his own kitchen. Bouton joined Halo Top shortly after as co-founder and the rest is history.
